Currently serving as the Senior Director of Business Development at Central Florida Kidney Centers, Jared leads enterprise-level growth initiatives across the organization’s regional footprint. His work includes building strategic partnerships with hospitals, physician groups, insurers, and community organizations, as well as expanding home dialysis programs and optimizing payer mix. A natural collaborator, he aligns clinical, IT, research, and financial teams to ensure business development efforts elevate patient outcomes and operational excellence. Previously, Jared served as Regional Operations Director for DaVita Kidney Care, where he managed 10 dialysis centers, overseeing more than 125 teammates and a $50M P&L.
