Prior to his current role, Gregg served as Department Head – National Sales Manager for Motorrad USA within BMW of North America. Here, he was integral in shaping the BMW Motorrad business in the United States. His focus on strategic sales planning and retail support budget management contributed to the company’s long-term growth plans.
Gregg’s leadership prowess was further demonstrated during his tenure at Harley-Davidson Motor Company. As Director of Regional Sales Operations for the United States & Canada, he managed processes that accounted for 70% of Harley-Davidson’s annual revenue. His earlier positions at Harley-Davidson included leading strategic sales forecasts for a wide-reaching dealer network in the Americas Region Motorcycle Operations and overseeing regional field operations.
Before embarking on his journey with Harley-Davidson, Gregg gained substantial experience at Ford Motor Company where he held several key roles including District Manager, Regional Operations Manager, and Product Strategic Planner. His achievements at Ford are complemented by his earlier work with Ford Motor Credit Company as a Project Manager for Non-Automotive Financial Products.
Educationally grounded with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts majoring in English from Wayne State University, Gregg has also devoted time to contribute to industry advancement as a Board Member of the Motorcycle Safety Foundation since 2019.
