    **Felix Felder: Seasoned Operations Leader**

    Felix Felder is a distinguished operations executive with a robust track record of leadership across multiple high-profile industries. Based in Chicago, Illinois, Felix currently holds the pivotal role of Vice President of Operations at Mielle, a position he has excelled in since October 2021. His strategic acumen and oversight have been instrumental in propelling the company’s operations forward from their Merrillville, Indiana location.

    Felix’s extensive career showcases his expertise in enhancing operational efficiencies and optimizing supply chain processes. Before joining Mielle, he served as the Head of Operations at Fashion Nova from January 2020 to October 2021 in Los Angeles, California. There, he played a critical role in scaling operations for the rapidly expanding fashion brand. His impact was equally significant during his tenure at adidas, where he served as Director of Operations from May 2018 to January 2020, contributing to the company’s operational excellence.

    Felix’s journey into e-commerce strategy began at Newell Brands, where he was a Senior Manager for eCommerce from April 2017 to May 2018 in Hoboken, NJ. His innovative strategies significantly improved the company’s operations and supply chain processes. This role built upon his extensive experience at Amazon, where he served as Senior Operations Manager and Pathways Operations Manager between May 2016 and May 2018. At Amazon, Felix managed site operations and spearheaded program management for specialty fulfillment operations, driving a 20% increase in operational efficiency.

    Felix also honed his consulting acumen as a Consultant with Livingston International in the Greater Detroit Area from January 2013 to June 2014.     Academically, Felix holds an MBA from the University of Michigan – Stephen M.
