    Eduardo Paschoa is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in the media industry, specializing in Ad Tech and MarTech. His extensive career spans traditional and digital media, including print, billboards, radio, TV, and various digital platforms. Eduardo has worked in diverse roles across the industry—media companies, advertising agencies, and client-side—across multiple countries, including Brazil, the USA, France, Italy, and Israel.

    Currently, Eduardo serves as Publisher at Grantley & Leaders Heights Living – BVM, where he leads a multi-channel project that integrates both print and digital media. In this role, he oversees content creation, editorial management, and digital marketing initiatives. His expertise in developing customized advertising solutions and fostering community engagement has significantly contributed to revenue growth and the successful execution of innovative marketing strategies.

    In addition to his role at Grantley & Leaders Heights Living, Eduardo is the Dean of Admissions at the Master of Business Innovation (MBI), a position he has held since February 2024. At MBI, Eduardo guides the admissions process, enhances the enrollment experience, and maintains the institution’s competitive edge in the higher education landscape.

    Eduardo’s previous roles include serving as General Manager at AE Solutions Marketing, where he collaborated with international Ad Tech companies to enter the Brazilian market. He managed advertising projects, developed new business opportunities, and provided comprehensive solutions for clients, agencies, and publishers. His work was instrumental in launching innovative products and events, including a notable marketing event sponsored by Google.

    Before AE Solutions Marketing, Eduardo was the CEO at MAPLE BRASIL, where he expanded the company’s presence across Latin America. He also served as Marketing and New Business Director at ESPN Brasil, and held significant positions at Abril and PCS Telecomunicações, where he played a key role in repositioning brands and developing marketing strategies.

    Eduardo holds a Master’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from Faculdade Cásper Líbero, where his thesis focused on “Artificial Intelligence Applied for Advertising – A Best Practice Guideline.” He also earned an MBA from USP – Universidade de São Paulo and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Communications – Advertising and Marketing from Universidade Paulista. His academic background complements his industry experience, equipping him with data-driven insights to enhance marketing performance and client relations.

    Beyond his professional achievements, Eduardo is dedicated to social causes. He volunteered as a consultant for Casa Hope, using his expertise to support children with cancer.
