His experience includes governance roles within provider-sponsored health plans, where he applied his financial acumen and strategic insights to enhance the organization’s growth and sustainability.
In addition to his executive roles, Doug held interim leadership positions within both pediatric and adult clinically integrated networks (CINs), where he led the development of value-based strategic plans and the formation of multi-site CINs. He played a key role in implementing risk-based contracts, driving the deployment of information solutions, and coordinating development of clinically effective care management solutions.
