As Director of Operations for the Civil Air Patrol Liaison at Carswell Air Force Base, Texas, David led search and rescue evaluations and counter-narcotics missions, showcasing his adaptability and mission-oriented leadership.

    David’s technical expertise was further honed as a Special Programs Test Pilot for the USAF Material Command, where he played a pivotal role in designing and testing night vision goggle-compatible cockpits for modified Boeing 707 and 727 aircraft.     In addition to his aviation credentials, David’s early career in law enforcement and firefighting provided a solid foundation for his leadership journey. Serving as a certified police officer and arson investigator for the City of Groves, Texas, he demonstrated a steadfast commitment to public safety and governance.
