Christopher R. Prior to founding Purple Rock Partners and co-founding Oxygen Investment Management, Christopher served as the Head of Investments and Development at DCG Real Estate, a subsidiary of Digital Currency Group. In this role, he led acquisitions, developments, and joint ventures across the CRE space to support blockchain infrastructure growth. One notable project under his leadership involved the zoning and pre-development of a 2-acre mixed-use site in Stamford, CT, which showcased his aptitude for navigating complex entitlement processes and structuring equity and debt financing.

Christopher’s tenure at Tishman Speyer, a globally renowned real estate development and management firm, reflects his versatility and strategic acumen. As Global Head of Studio, Tishman Speyer’s flex office and coworking platform, he directed operations, leasing, platform expansion, and financial strategy. Under his leadership, Studio experienced exponential growth, including a 500,000 RSF pipeline of new locations and specialized offerings such as StudioLabs and StudioWell, pioneering flexible solutions for modern workspaces.

Earlier in his Tishman Speyer career, Christopher oversaw the iconic Rockefeller Center portfolio, managing 13 buildings spanning over 9 million RSF. His asset management strategies drove profitability, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, when he restructured over 90 leases to retain tenancy and maintain operational resilience. Christopher also played a key role in launching a $500 million redevelopment program, integrating hospitality-driven office spaces and enhancing Rockefeller Center’s public engagement.

At Tishman Speyer, he negotiated and structured over $4 billion in financings across various asset types, including office, multifamily, and mixed-use properties.
