Lucas Hayes is an accomplished human services executive, organizational leader, and governance professional with more than 26 years of experience spanning social services, foster care, human resources, organizational operations, and leadership development. As the Founder and Executive Director of Fostering Family Relations, he has built and led high-performing teams, developed scalable people and operational systems, and advanced quality care for vulnerable youth and families. Having recruited and developed more than 500 staff members and caregivers, Lucas brings extensive expertise in talent development, crisis leadership, compliance, financial stewardship, strategic planning, and organizational growth. His two terms on the Board of Governors at Sir Sandford Fleming College further strengthened his experience in governance, policy, and fiduciary oversight.
